Monthly intake uses a pass/fail model and can issue up to 12 recommendations per intake on a first-come, first-served basis.

The community does not rank candidates with a points score.
The monthly intake opens at 8:00 AM local time on day one and closes at 4:00 PM on the final day.
Up to 12 recommendations may be issued per intake.
Applications with multiple errors, missing documents or incomplete information lose their place and are returned.

The application is assessed on a pass/fail basis, so each mandatory requirement and document must be satisfied.

The offer must come from a designated employer and be in one of the community’s eligible priority NOCs.

The employer submits the complete package during the published intake window. Earlier complete submissions are considered first.

The community states that initial processing is approximately four to six weeks. Successful applicants receive a recommendation certificate.

Treat document completeness as the main selection factor because returned applications lose their place.

Confirm valid Canadian status when applying from inside Canada; visitor status is not accepted.

Prepare the package before the intake opens rather than completing forms during the window.

Community recommendation does not guarantee permanent residence. IRCC makes the final decision, and community intake rules can change without notice.
